Could Vincent Van Gogh been influenced/inspired by this photograph of Charles Dickens when he created his Portrait of Dr. Gachet?

Could Vincent Van Gogh have seen this photograph of Charles Dickens taken between 1858 and 1861 by London Potrait Photographer Geroge Watkins and then used it as source material /inspiration for his famous painting of Dr. Gachet? It is well known that Van Gogh was a great admirer of Charles Dickens.

It is the photographic portraits taken by (George) Herbert Watkins between 1858 and 1861 which have helped define the enduring image of Dickens as a care-worn, slightly melancholy figure.
***In a letter to Paul Gauguin Van Gogh described what he struggled to achieve in Dr. Gachet's portrait. Vincent wrote to Paul Gauguin about the doctor's "sensitive face" which carried "the heartbroken expression of our time". ***
